This year’s arts fortnight was a brilliant success. All 650 pupils learned about music and art from different cultures around the world, and an art gallery in the school hall showcased and sold work that the pupils created.
Pupils also took part in African drumming, dancing, storytelling and art workshops.
At the end of the fortnight, an African show was held at the Croydon Road recreation ground in Beckenham for the whole school.
Headteacher Dr Andrew Swatland said: "It was a tremendous success with pupils enjoying a wide variety of arts experiences."
