Balgowan’s Healthy Schools week

Balgowan’s Healthy Schools week will be taking place the week commencing 10th June. There are 5 areas that are recommended for a healthy child: Have breakfast, 5 fruit and veg a day, drink plenty of water. get active, sleep well.

These are all equally important and will be discussed with the children at school. In particular, we will be focussing on eating at least 5 lots of fruit and vegetables a day and keeping active. Rachel Smith & Katie Helt—Healthy School Leads
