Science Quiz

On 16th October we took part in the National Science
Quiz along with over 80 other schools in the country.
There were 6 rounds of 5 questions each and we were
awarded different points for each question - sometimes
20, 40, 60 or 100 points. We were split into two teams
of year 5 and year 6 and battled it out to see if we
could be the top scoring school! Balgowan Team 1
ended the quiz in 13th place and we have been invited
to take part in the semi finals in January. Unfortunately
team 2 did not make it through but they did score a
massive 900 points.
