NEST Music Concert - Langley Boys

Our first NEST choir practise, with the eight participating schools, was at Bickley Primary School. We sang our seven songs with the soloists, who bravely stood in front of us. Our second rehearsal was at Langley Boys School, where we practised a full concert run through with the musicians playing instruments such as violins, flutes, piano, a harp and some recorders. The Balgowan accordion group also performed, dressed in costumes from Oliver Twist. On the night of the concert, everyone was eager to show their skills, even though we were all very nervous. The evening was a success, we had fun and received a standing ovation.
